General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 9bd9 ("9bd9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 9bd9 platform at 9bd9.app in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 9bd9, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, card games, and all promotional activities.

Acceptance of Terms

Acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any of the following actions: completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, redeeming a bonus, or continuing to use the platform after an update to these Terms has been communicated. All of these actions constitute full and unconditional acceptance.

Governing Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated or adapted version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 9bd9 services, including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 9bd9 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same email address, the same device, the same IP address, or via any other method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 9bd9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

Account Verification (KYC)

9bd9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit identity documents at any point, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits

9bd9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges or restrict account access until satisfactory KYC documentation has been submitted and verified. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure and return of the real-money balance (exclusive of bonus funds) subject to applicable checks.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 9bd9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 9bd9 support team immediately at [email protected].

Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 9bd9 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or use any service offered by 9bd9. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through identity verification procedures at registration and upon request.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to use the 9bd9 platform, you must confirm that all of the following conditions are true at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 9bd9 or any of its associated service providers
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 9bd9 platform or had an account closed for a breach of these Terms
• You are not clinically diagnosed as a problem gambler and are not subject to any order or treatment programme related to gambling addiction

Parental Controls

If you are a parent or guardian and you are concerned that a minor in your household may be accessing online gambling platforms, we strongly recommend the use of parental control software to restrict access to gaming websites. 9bd9 supports responsible access to online entertainment and urges all adults in shared-device households to take appropriate precautions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 9bd9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 9bd9 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 9bd9 platform is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 9bd9 account within two (2) minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits made via card (Visa or Mastercard) may take up to fifteen (15) minutes to reflect, depending on your card issuer's processing time.

9bd9 does not charge a processing fee for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own charges, for which 9bd9 accepts no responsibility. You should confirm the applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. 9bd9 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 48 hours of submission. Processing times may be extended where KYC documentation is outstanding or where a withdrawal is flagged for compliance review.

9bd9 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing a withdrawal. Players who have claimed a bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be approved.

Currency & Exchange

All account balances, deposits, wagering, and withdrawals on the 9bd9 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 9bd9 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Transactions initiated in foreign currencies via Visa or Mastercard will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time of the transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

9bd9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for any 9bd9 bonus is 30x the bonus amount.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Sports betting wagers placed at odds below 1.50 (decimal) may not contribute to bonus wagering at all. The specific contribution rates for each active promotion will be stated in that promotion's terms.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available exclusively to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification. Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, exploitation of wagering loopholes, or systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — will have their bonus balances voided and may have their accounts suspended.

Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days from the date they are credited to the player's account. Any bonus balance that has not been used or wagered by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account without further notice.

Promotional Changes

9bd9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such a change does not materially disadvantage a player who has already begun to satisfy the wagering requirements of that promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, the decision of 9bd9 is final.

User Obligations

By using the 9bd9 platform, you agree to use the service in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and in serious cases, legal action.

Prohibited Actions

You expressly agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 9bd9
• Attempt to register more than one account or access the platform using another player's account credentials
• Use any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the 9bd9 platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics
• Engage in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer game format
• Exploit any technical error, software bug, or pricing discrepancy ("technical fault") in a game or sports market for financial gain — any winnings derived from a known technical fault are void
• Use the 9bd9 platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, game engine, or security system that forms part of the 9bd9 platform
• Post, transmit, or share any content on the platform (including in any chat or community feature) that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, racially offensive, or otherwise unlawful

Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You agree to use the 9bd9 platform for entertainment purposes only, within limits that you have set for yourself and that are consistent with your personal financial situation. 9bd9 strongly encourages all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options.

Account Suspension & Closure

9bd9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or identity fraud
• Suspected money laundering or other illegal financial conduct
• Registration of multiple accounts
• Abuse of any bonus, promotion, or referral scheme
• Use of automated software or collusion in any game
• A formal self-exclusion request made by the player or an authorised representative

Effect of Closure

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 9bd9 reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all active bonuses, and withhold or forfeit the account balance to the extent permitted by law. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no outstanding breach, the real-money balance (net of any bonus funds not yet wagered in accordance with the applicable terms) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Player-Initiated Closure

Any player who wishes to close their 9bd9 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour are encouraged to consider the self-exclusion option, which provides a structured break while preserving account data should the player wish to return after the exclusion period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9bd9 shall not be liable to any player or third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the 9bd9 platform or any of its services. This limitation applies regardless of the basis of the claim — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — and even if 9bd9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Service Availability

9bd9 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or error-free. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical outages, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond 9bd9's reasonable control (including natural disasters, power failures, network outages, or actions of government authorities). 9bd9 will not be liable for any losses, including lost bets or missed promotional opportunities, arising from platform downtime.

Third-Party Game Providers

The casino games and sports betting markets available on the 9bd9 platform are provided by certified third-party game studios and data suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While 9bd9 works exclusively with providers whose products are certified by independent testing laboratories, 9bd9 is not responsible for any malfunction, data error, or technical fault originating within a third-party game engine. In such cases, the policies of the game provider shall apply, and bets placed during a confirmed technical fault may be voided.

Player Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for all decisions made using your 9bd9 account, including all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all bonuses claimed. 9bd9 provides responsible gaming tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity, but the ultimate responsibility for how the platform is used rests with the account holder.
